The Part 1 of the GPDO - GENERAL Appeal Decisions document has been updated to include 1 additional appeal decision relating to householder permitted development legislation, for which the conclusions are as follows:
July 2012 - Code a00333 (appeal allowed):
- Where planning permission has been granted for the use of a property as a house, and the PP has been implemented albeit in breach of conditions that do not go to the heart of the PP with regards to the use, then the property would benefit from permitted development rights.
