The above SI amends the GPDO 1995 (Consolidated) as follows:
- This SI amends Schedule 2, Part 3, Classes F and G to allow changes of use between A1 (or A2) and a mixed use of A1 (or A2) and up to 2 flats.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010:
The following new Statutory Instrument has been incorporated into the DMPO 2010 (Consolidated) document:

The above SI amends the DMPO 2010 (Consolidated) as follows:
- This SI amends Article 18 to reflect the fact that it's now possible to make an application to extend the time limit for a planning permission that was granted on or before 1st October 2010, rather than the previous limit of on or before 1st October 2009.
- This SI amends Article 31 to introduce the requirement that the decision notice for a grant or refusal of planning permission "shall include a statement explaining how, in dealing with the application, the local planning authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner based on seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with a planning application".
The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990:

The above SI amends the LBCA Regulations 1990 (Consolidated) as follows:
- This SI amends Regulation 3 to reflect the fact that it's now possible to make an application to extend the time limit for a planning permission that was granted on or before 1st October 2010, rather than the previous limit of on or before 1st October 2009.

- This SI causes Schedule 1, Class E to apply to advertisements relating to a referendum required to be held as a result of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
