The Part 1 of the GPDO - INCIDENTAL Appeal Decisions document has been updated to include 1 additional appeal decision relating to the "incidental" requirement of Part 1 Class E, for which the conclusions (short version) are as follows:

December 2012 - Code b00084 (NOT incidental):

• Outbuilding (total area 157m2) containing games / cinema room + music room (61m2), gym (29m2), home office (28m2), and store room (16m2).
