The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010:

The following Statutory Instrument has been incorporated into the DMPO 2010 (Consolidated) document:

The above SI amends the DMPO 2010 as follows:

  • Applications for outline planning permission: With effect from 31/01/2013, the information requirements for outline applications will be reduced. Where layout is a reserved matter, the outline application will no longer need to state the approximate location of buildings, routes and open spaces.  Where scale is a reserved matter, the outline application will no longer need to state the upper and lower limit for the height, width and length of each building.
  • Local list of planning applications requirements: For any application made on or after 31/06/2013 31/07/2013 (note: this date was amended by the subsequent "Correction" to the above SI), the application will only need to provide the information required by the local list if the latter document has been published (or republished) within the preceeding two years.

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990:

The following Statutory Instrument has been incorporated into the LBCA Regulations 1990 (Consolidated) document:

The above SI amends the LBCA Regulations 1990 as follows:

  • References to Olympics: From 14/11/2012, references in Schedule 4 to "the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport" were replaced by "the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport".
