January 2013 - Code e2013-001 (ground (c) dismissed):
- This appeal decision provides an example of where it was concluded that works involving a slight excess beyond one of the limitations or conditions would not be permitted development (i.e. the Inspector didn’t refer to the excess as “de minimis”). (*)
