The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010:

The following new Statutory Instrument has been incorporated into the DMPO 2010 (Consolidated) document:

The above SI amends the DMPO 2010 (Consolidated) as follows:

  • Primary Care Trust: With effect from 01/04/2013, the reference to "a Primary Care Trust" (in Article 34(3)(j)) will be replaced by a reference to "a clinical commissioning group" and "the National Health Service Commissioning Board".

The following "Correction" to a previous Statutory Instrument has been incorporated into the DMPO 2010 (Consolidated) document:

  • The provisions relating to local lists (see this previous update) will now have effect from 31/07/2013, rather than 31/06/2013.
