NEW SECTION OF WEBSITE: “Other Legislation” …

The new Other Legislation section of this website provides lists of which amendment SIs apply to each of the following original SIs:

  • CIL Regulations 2010 (5 amendment SIs).
  • Compensation Regulations 2012 (0 amendment SIs).
  • EIA Regulations 2011 (1 amendment SI).
  • General Regulations 1992 (6 amendment SIs).
  • Local Planning Regulations 2012 (2 amendment SIs).
  • Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 (1 amendment SI).

Notes:

  • The new Other Legislation section is in addition to the existing Consolidated Legislation section of this website.
  • Please note that the lists provided in the Other Legislation section of this website are much more comprehensive than simply searching the government website for the title of the legislation.  For example, these lists include amendment SIs with titles that are very different to the original SI, and therefore do not appear when searching the government website for the title of the legislation.
