The "GPDO Part 1 Class E (Incidental Requirement) - LDC Appeal Decisions" document has been updated to include 3 additional appeal decisions relating to the "incidental" requirement of Part 1 Class E, for which the conclusions (short version) are as follows:

June 2013 - Code b00096 (NOT incidental):

• Outbuilding (total area 27m2) containing gym (24m2) and shower room with toilet (3m2).

June 2013 - Code b00097 (INCIDENTAL):

• Outbuilding (total area 140m2) containing prayer room and storage space.

July 2013 - Code b00098 (INCIDENTAL):

• Outbuilding (total area 36m2) containing gym (24m2) and store room (12m2).
