August 2013 - Code e2013-024 (ground (c) dismissed):
- Where part of an outbuilding would be within 2m of a boundary, the 2.5m height limit of E.1(e) would apply to the entire outbuilding (i.e. not only to that part of the outbuilding that’s within 2m of the boundary). (*)
