The Part 1 of the GPDO - GENERAL Appeal Decisions document has been updated to include 3 additional appeal decisions relating to householder permitted development legislation (1 "LDC Appeal" and 2 "Enforcement Appeals"), for which the conclusions are as follows:

August 2013 - Code a00403 (appeal dismissed):

  • Where development is undertaken as a single operation, then it is not possible for only part of the development to be permitted development (i.e. either the entire development is permitted development, or none of the development is permitted development). (*)

December 2012 - Code e2012-036 (ground (c) dismissed):
