From November 2013 until July 2014, a total of 100 "Prior Approval Appeals" have been added to the "GPDO Part 1 Class A (Larger Rear Extensions) - Prior Approval Appeal Decisions" document on this website. The opportunity has now been taken to review these 100 appeals in more detail, and as a result the following additional conclusions have now been added to the above document:
Insufficient information to be able to fully assess the amenity impact:
This appeal decision provides an example of where it appears that the submitted information was insufficient to be able to fully assess the amenity impact of the proposed development, and the Inspector dismissed the appeal whilst highlighting this issue.
