The "GPDO Part 1 (All Classes) - LDC Appeal Decisions" document has been updated to include 1 additional appeal decision relating to householder permitted development legislation (1 "LDC Appeal" and 0 "Enforcement Appeals"), for which the conclusions are as follows:

December 2014 - Code a00513 (appeal dismissed):

• Where the walls of an extension would not be within 2m of a boundary, but the eaves / guttering / soffit / fascia / etc of the extension would slightly overhang this line, then the 3m eaves height limit of A.1(i) would apply.
