On 05/03/2015, DCLG updated its "Planning Practice Guidance" website to include the following new section relating to Part 3 Classes M, MA, and MB of the GPDO:

It's important to note that some of the advice set out by the above new section contradicts the conclusions of a significant number of appeal decisions within the "Part 3 Class MB of the GPDO - Appeal Decisions" document on the Planning Jungle website.
