The "GPDO Part 1 Class E (Incidental Requirement) - LDC Appeal Decisions" document has been updated to include 2 additional appeal decisions relating to the "incidental" requirement of Part 1 Class E, for which the conclusions (short version) are as follows:
December 2015 - Code b00164 (INCIDENTAL):
- Outbuilding (total area 56m2) containing "gym/playroom" (56m2).
December 2015 - Code b00163 (NOT incidental):
- Outbuilding (total area 106m2) containing games room (56m2), storage room (20m2), workshop (17m2), kitchenette (4m2), and shower room (with WC) (3m2).
