April 2019 - Code b00318 (NOT incidental):

• Outbuilding (total area 225m2) containing swimming pool + changing room + shower room (with WC) + steam room + sauna (146m2), social room (including bar, pool table, and seating) (52m2), and gym (16m2).

April 2019 - Code b00317 (NOT incidental):

• Outbuilding (total area 342m2) containing TV / cinema room (140m2), gym (78m2), games room, sauna, and toy store area.
