The "GPDO Part 1 (All Classes) - LDC Appeal Decisions" document has been updated to include 2 additional appeal decisions relating to householder permitted development legislation, for which the conclusions are as follows:
September 2021 - Code a01337 (appeal dismissed):
- This appeal decision provides an example of where it was concluded that a particular structure is not part of the “dwellinghouse”.

[Note: The structure is a single storey garage, which is separated from the main house by a relatively large gap (approx 1.1m), except for being linked by a front gate, a rear gate, and a non-original “Perspex Slope Roof”].
