The Part 1 of the GPDO - INCIDENTAL Appeal Decisions document has been updated to include 6 additional appeal decisions relating to the "incidental" requirement of Part 1 Class E, for which the conclusions (short version) are as follows:

February 2022 - Code b00470:

  • Outbuilding (total area 60m2) containing garage / store / games room (51m2).
  • Conclusion: NOT incidental

February 2022 - Code b00469:

  • Outbuilding (total area 105m2) containing swimming pool + jacuzzi + bar area + seating area (84m2), sauna (3m2), plant room (2m2), shower room (1m2), and WC (1m2).
  • Conclusion: INCIDENTAL

February 2022 - Code b00468:

  • Conclusion: NOT incidental
