PART 4 CLASS DB - NEW PD RIGHTS for the temporary use of a "qualifying high-street premises" (and any land within its curtilage) as a "suitable high-street use" for "the duration of a tenancy granted following a rental auction of the premises" (i.e. a period of between 1 year and 5 years):
