November 2024 - Code b00575:
- Outbuilding (total area 207m2) containing home gym + weights room + yoga room (123m2), prayer room (24m2), sauna (8m2), and steam room (6m2).
- Note: This would be in addition to "several substantial [existing] outbuildings".
- Conclusion: NOT incidental
November 2024 - Code b00574:
- Outbuilding (total area 163m2) containing swimming pool (117m2), plant room (9m2), 5 x changing rooms (9m2), 2 x WCs (4m2), and shower room (3m2).
- Conclusion: INCIDENTAL
