  • Note: The "Explanatory Memorandum" (link) to the above SI 2026 No. 420 includes the following information:
    - "This instrument [SI 2026 No. 420] requires a relevant planning authority to comply with data standards when processing planning data. This instrument [SI 2026 No. 420] specifies planning data as local plan timetable, minerals waste plan timetable and housing requirement data.".
