September 2026 - Code b00664:
- Outbuilding (total area 55m2) containing bedroom, kitchen / living room, utility room, and a shower room (with WC) for use by a relative (i.e. "annex").
- Conclusion: NOT incidental
September 2026 - Code b00663:
- Outbuilding (total area 34m2) containing garage (29m2).
- Note: The Council refused the application on the basis that the garage would have "no permitted right of access" for a vehicle.
- Conclusion: INCIDENTAL
