The following new Statutory Instrument has been incorporated into the GPDO 1995 (Consolidated) document:

  • May 2013: SI 2013 No. 1101 - The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2013 (pdf) (link).

The above SI amends the GPDO 1995 as follows:
