This is a reminder that certain fees are increased on 01/04/2026 by regulation 18A of the Fees Regulations 2012.

Notes:

• Regulation 18A of the Fees Regulations 2012 sets out that, if there is a relevant increase in the consumer price index (CPI), then certain fees are increased on 1 April (each year from 01/04/2025 onwards).

• Note: As the above annual fee increases do not directly amend the Fees Regulations 2012, they are not incorporated into the "Fees Regulations 2012 (Consolidated)" document.
• Note: Regulation 18A of the Fees Regulations 2012 was inserted by SI 2023 No. 1197 (note: for more information, please view this post).
