Part 20 of the GPDO – Information about Appeal Decisions

This page provides information about where to find appeal decisions relating to Part 20 of the GPDO (i.e. "Construction of New Dwellinghouses").

Note: This page includes "informal lists" of prior approval appeal decisions relating to Part 20 Classes ZA, A, AA, AB, AC, and AD. These "informal lists" are currently updated every (approx) 3 months (but may be discontinued in the future).

LDC appeals - Part 20 (all Classes):

  • Note: No LDC appeals relating to Part 20 have been found so far.

PRIOR APPROVAL appeals - Part 20 Classes ZA, A, AA, AB, AC, and AD:

  • Prior approval appeals relating to Part 20 Classes ZA, A, AA, AB, AC, and AD are NOT added to any of the documents on this website.
  • Instead, when the Planning Jungle website comes across any such appeals (e.g. as a by-product of searching for other appeals, etc), they are added to the "informal lists" below.
  • The appeals in these "informal lists" are not summarised (only listed).
  • These "informal lists" are currently updated every (approx) 3 months (but may be discontinued in the future).
  • Last updated: 17/11/2022 (with appeal decisions up to 30/09/2022).
