How to login, and how to reset your organisation’s password

How to login:
(note: both of the following options give the same result)

  • Option 1 - Use the "Username" and "Password" boxes on the right-hand side of any page of this website.
  • Option 2 - Use the following login page:

  • Note: Usernames are not case sensitive - e.g. the username "example" can be entered as "Example" / "eXaMpLe" / "EXAMPLE" / etc.
  • Note: Passwords are case sensitive - e.g. the password "example" can not be entered as "Example" / "eXaMpLe" / "EXAMPLE" / etc.

How to reset your organisation's password:
(note: both of the following options give the same result)

  • Option 1 - Click on the "forgot password?" link on the right-hand side of any page of this website.
  • Option 2 - Click on the "Lost your password?" link on the following login page:
    https://planningjungle.com/wp-login.php

Notes about resetting your organisation's password:

  • When you follow the above process to reset your organisation's password, an automatic email containing a reset link will be sent to the "contact person" in your organisation for your membership.  This "contact person" will normally be the person to whom the email containing your organisation's username and password was sent when your organisation last renewed its membership (unless someone within your organisation has subsequently logged onto the website and changed these details).  Please ensure that the details of this "contact person" are kept up-to-date, which can be done via the Your Details page.
  • If you find that your organisation's password is no longer working, then it may be the case that someone within your organisation has logged onto the website and changed the password, perhaps thinking that it was their individual password rather than a shared password (that can be used by all employees of your organisation).
  • Please note that if you are logged onto the website, then you will not be able to see the above "forgot password?" link.  If you are logged onto the website and you want to change your organisation's password, then this can be done via the Your Details page.
